1. Overview and operator

Welcome to HTZen. HTZen is a direct, single-owner digital product store providing proprietary source code starter kits, compiled Android application packages (APKs), and UI/UX design templates built and maintained by our engineering and design team. HTZen is not a multi-vendor marketplace and does not host third-party sellers.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or acquiring any digital product, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, together with the specific license tier and offer terms recorded at checkout.

2. Merchant of Record and payment processing (Dodo Payments)

Our order process for paid digital products is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com). Dodo Payments provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for payment processing, billing compliance, global tax calculation (VAT, GST, and sales tax), invoicing, and fraud prevention.

  • Checkout and verification: The checkout screen displays the exact offer price, currency, promotional discounts, and applicable taxes calculated by Dodo Payments based on your billing location.
  • Server-authoritative fulfillment: A browser redirect or pending transaction screen does not grant license rights. Download entitlements and licenses are issued only after server-to-server cryptographic verification of a completed transaction from Dodo Payments (or confirmed free acquisition).
  • Billing disputes and chargebacks: Because Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record on your payment statement, initiating an unannounced bank chargeback instead of contacting support may immediately suspend your account and revoke all associated digital licenses pending resolution. If you experience a billing issue, please contact us first through Support or Contact.

3. Product evaluation and account responsibility

Before purchasing, review the product page carefully, including the included file manifest, version history, system requirements, live preview, license tier, update window, and support scope:

  • Source code packages require standard developer tooling, runtime environments, and third-party infrastructure accounts (such as database, authentication, storage, or email providers) configured by you.
  • Android APK packages are compiled binary builds for compatible Android devices and do not automatically include editable source code unless explicitly stated in the offer.
  • Design templates may require compatible design software (such as Figma) or separately licensed third-party fonts and plugins.

You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. Report any unauthorized account use immediately via Contact.

4. Digital delivery and library access

Verified purchases and free claims are delivered through My library inside your authenticated account.

  • Archive hosting and external mirrors: Release archives are served through our secure delivery infrastructure or verified external mirrors such as Google Drive. We store versioned release metadata and access grants; when a release is hosted on Google Drive, Google serves the file under its own service terms and bandwidth quotas.
  • Customer backup responsibility: Download and archive a lawful backup copy of the exact release version used in your project. While we maintain active releases in good faith, we do not guarantee indefinite archival hosting of every historical version.
  • Delivery defects: If a download link is broken, inaccessible, or materially different from the published file manifest, report it via Support so we can restore access or provide a remedy under our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property and license scope

Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license as defined in your selected offer tier—it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying intellectual property.

  • Permitted use: You may use the licensed asset within the seat count, commercial project scope, and end-product rules recorded on your order receipt.
  • Strict prohibitions: Unless explicitly permitted by an enterprise or extended agreement, you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, leak, publish in public Git repositories, bundle into a competing template/starter kit, or share raw source archives or private download URLs with unlicensed third parties.
  • Open-source components: Third-party libraries or open-source dependencies referenced by a package remain governed by their respective upstream licenses.
  • License revocation: Material breach of license restrictions, credential sharing, payment fraud, or completed refunds/chargebacks automatically terminates your license and access grants.

6. Updates, technical support, and warranties

  • Update window: Your purchase includes access to product updates published within the update window stated on the offer. A perpetual usage license does not guarantee lifetime free feature upgrades or indefinite maintenance.
  • Technical support: Included support covers reproducible defects in the unmodified asset within the stated supported environment. Custom feature development, third-party cloud setup, and debugging your custom application code are outside standard product support unless contracted separately.
  • Disclaimer of warranties: Except as required by mandatory consumer law, digital assets are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted third-party service compatibility.
  • Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HTZen and its Merchant of Record shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages, and total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
